So I had a US today via downstairs (everything was fine with baby I am 7 weeks and heart rate was 133. ) the tech was a little rough trying to find my ovaries and now I am having little pains here and there. Should I be concerned or chalk it up to RLP? Thank you in advance
I had soooooo many cramps and shooting pain/ RLP after my vag u/s at 8 weeks. It lasted like 24hrs and made me super nervous too. But it went away. Deep breaths. Try and stay relaxed.

It's called a vagina.
And no, I wouldn't be concerned. Any sort of contact with your cervix while pregnant (sex, ultrasounds, exams) is going to end up with you being sore. Your cervix is more sensitive.
