Has anyone used essential oils to try and regulate menstruation/hormones? I used them for stuff like pain and relaxation, and was reading about how many are bad during pregnancy because they encourage menstruation, I am sceptical.
Am super new to temping (first cycle trying it) and this may be a stupid question. This morning in a daze I started to temp then realised that I had my mouth partially open (blocked nose was just trying to breathe), and my temp wasn't super low but lower than I had expected so I tried again this time forcing myself to breath through my nose and got a slightly higher temp. Am I counting that second temp or is that cheating.
@lokibear89, did you get the second attempt immediately after the first? If so, go with the second. If your mouth was open, the first was not accurate. If there was some time between, I would still use the 2nd temp, but document for yourself the lower temp in case you question things later in the month, then you can either chose to disregard the temp, or switch and see if it changes anything with your chart.

@emmasemm I hope so. I will talk to IUI coordinator tomorrow. We were able to make it home less than 12hrs after my missed dose, so I went ahead and took it.
