Help, dull aching on right side constant

Today at around 430 I started feeling a dull aching/pulsing feeling on my right lower abdomen it comes and goes but I haven't gone more than 15 minutes without feeling it and am getting concerned. It's not painful but I can't help but be worried. Has anyone had this happen to them and it not be a miscarriage??

Lurking. But, yes, I’ve had this and it not be a MC. And, yes, I’ve had a MC before, so I know any twinge of pain down there can make us anxious. If it is more like cramps, that is usually not the best sign. But, what you are describing sounds like early stages of RLP. Round ligament pain. It could also be a UTI. 

I would definitely call your doc in the morning, if it hasn’t stopped. You’ll want to get on a course of antibiotics if it is an infection. Either way, you can describe your problem, and your doctor will point you in the right direction. I’m not a doctor. I’m not even in the medical field. I’ve just been pregnant 5x and I feel like I’ve just about felt every weird pain. 

I will tell you, when I miscarried, I knew it. It was basically menstrual like cramping and I just knew it wasn’t right. Trust your mommy instincts. T&P for you. Try and relax.

How far are you? If you are still really early and if the pain gets worse, call your doc to get an ultrasound to make sure it isn't ectopic. Good luck.

I had persistent pain on one side with my last pregnancy due to an ovarian cyst. They suspect it was the ovary that I ovulated from, as the ovary forms a functional cyst to produce hormones, but mine was overachieving and it was very uncomfortable. It's worth calling about. I had additional monitoring because of the risk of torsion.

If you are worried (or in severe pain) then for sure call your Dr, but I was told to expect some cramping from the uterus growing in size, it's totally normal!
