Sharp pain radiating to thigh on left side

Hi mommies I am 36+3 weeks.. right now while i was in toilet for poo i had this sharp pain in my left lower abdomen which was really bad.. it wasn't contraction but pain that was somewhat radiating to my left thigh.. what could be that? I saw my obs yesterday everything was fine and normal.. thanks
