9 wks pregnant?

 I might be 9 wks based on my lmp but I’m irregular so I’m not sure. I have my ultrasound on February 9. I’ve been having high blood pressure at the doctors office, my anxiety has been really high. I have social anxiety, I’ve been taking my blood pressure at home and it’s normal.

If you’re nervous about your blood pressure being high at the doctors’ (and have anxiety about it) that could cause your bp to be high. Try to relax and talk to your doc about your anxiety if needed.
