What are you doing to prevent food allergies?

Hi all, I'm new to this board. My babe is just 4 months, and I'm just beginning to think about solids introduction (not quite yet, but preparing). With food allergies so prevalent, I've been doing a lot of research on the new guidelines for decreasing allergy risk. I'm definitely planning to feed my baby allergenic foods early and consistently per the latest research, but I'm also looking into other ways to make this easier. Have you all heard of SpoonfulOne? You mix it into babe's food daily and it gives a gentle portion of a ton of different commonly allergenic foods to basically train the immune system. It was developed by a food allergy researcher at Stanford. Is anyone using this or doing other things to decrease allergy risk? Would love to hear what other people are doing...
Thanks!
Susan
