Bleeding at 7 weeks

im 7 wks and been having some on and off bleeding. I’ll get a good amount of bright red blood mixed with a mucus discharge then nothing for the rest of the day. I’m so scared and I don’t see my dr until tomorrow for an ultrasound. Anyone had this and continued with a healthy baby?

I had spotting all first tri with my first son and was on put bedrest but went on to have a healthy baby. This time i had spotting for a few days and it was due to SCH. Eventually went away and still going strong. It could be something or nothing.  Good luck at your appointment and congratulations!
