Anyone have a successful pregnancy that has 4G4G blood and only on baby aspirin?

Hi,
I'm looking for successful pregnancies for women with 4g4g blood and only prescribed baby aspirin. My husband and I got pregnant our first time trying back in June 2016. That ended in a missed miscarriage. I heard the heart beat at 8 weeks and found out at 10 weeks that it stopped growing. Therefore I had to get a dnc. I have not gotten pregnant since. After seeing a specialist I found out I'm hypothyrpid and have 4g4g. I'm on synthroid and my thyroid levels are great (62.5 mg a day). My doc said only to take a baby aspirin for the 4g4g. Has anyone conceived successfully with these issues? Thank you!
