4 month old screaming uncontrollably :(

okay so my 20 week old. the last 2 days has been screaming all day and night uncontrollably. no matter what I do he doesn't stop. when he was born her has GERD and Colic so for a while it was really rough but has been fine since 3 months old. and now all of a sudden he screams like he's in pain. I have been giving him Tylenol like crazy and camomile tablets by nuby to keep him calm. I have checked for teeth, he doesnt have anything coming that I can see. His appetite hasn't gone down. his sleep is terrible. I can't get him to sleep in anything, heck I can't even get him outta my arms without him having a break down. any ideas?
