Back pain keeping me up all night

it starts in the area between of my last 3 ribs and my spine and it feels like I’m laying on a tennis ball all night long! And if I move too quickly or sometimes at all it’s painful and it keeps me up ALL night. Anyone else have this or know what it’s coming from? I’ve tried a heating pad, stretching, a warm shower on my back and nothing provides relief.

Never had this happen. I agree you should talk to your doctor.

I probably should’ve mentioned I know I’m pregnant. I’m 22 weeks.

It is probably some ligament pain but if it was me, I had tried that many things and still had no relief, I'd be calling the dr.

@alliepont1 Might want to introduce yourself in the intros so we know who you are. Congratulations on your pregnancy, we hope you stay and join the community. Just so you know, those of us who are regularly interacting on this board do not enjoy being asked questions as if we are Google (or my favorite retro option "Ask Jeeves"), so you probably will not receive as many helpful responses on this thread. Your Q would be better received as part of a general symptoms thread.

That much pain is a doctor question, not random internet people question.  I hope you get some answers from your doctor asap.
