Nanny share

I have a 18 month old son and we are thinking about daycare for the fall when he will be almost 2.5. We are considering a nanny share for one day/week (preferably on Mondays but can be flexible). We are located in Dorchester and would consider a share in South Boston, Quincy, or any of the surrounding areas. Does anyone have a share they are looking to grow or want to consider starting one? Thanks!
