Due to someone's rec, I did really well getting a few mat things at Kohl's last week!

What is your biggest fear about how a (or another) baby will change your life/routines? Biggest excitement?

Im just financially concerned. None of my leave is paid, so any time I take I will not receive a paycheck at all. We can't really afford that. Luckily I'm a teacher so part of that is ikn the summer, but anything extra in the fall will be unpaid  I am getting excited to just have a baby around again. Even though I was getting cozy in the easy-mom life (easy in the way that I don't have bottles/diapers and they are somewhat indeoendent), I love a baby in my arms... even at 3am!

My belly got huge almost overnight! I look like I did when I was 4 or 5 months pregnant with my son! My appetite is back and I cannot stop eating!

How do you dry up your sinuses?! I came down with a cold on New Year’s Eve, it turned into a sinus infection and I still have so much mucus! I’ve tried sudafed, but that didn’t help.

My sisters and I got together and did a ton of freezer meals this weekend, so I won’t be scrambling to cook dinner if I’m having a rough day! 
What is your biggest fear about how a (or another) baby will change your life/routines? Biggest excitement?
So I thought I had this Mom thing figured out and was ready for baby #2, but we have been blessed with baby 2 and 3! Having two at the same time plus a toddler is terrifying to me, but I’m excited as well. We weren’t sure if we wanted 2 or 3 kids, but now we don’t have to make that decision

@powellgirl it's nuts! And it says in week 16 it starts to dbl in weight and height. Oy! Also, my SIL had twins when her first was 18 mos. It works out!!!

@WorkinWeezel Oh my! I can’t imagine how humongous I’m going to be this time around if I’m already this big and I’m just starting my 2nd trimester!  Doubling in weight and height, oh my goodness!

It must be the week to pop! I bought some maternity clothes this weekend and as soon as I put on a new shirt, hello baby bump! It's pretty undeniable now!

Rants/Raves Just trying to harness this energy to get stuff done around the house. 

What is your biggest fear about how a (or another) baby will change your life/routines? Biggest excitement? Staying organized. I realized that I will need to stay super organized once LO gets here in order to stay on top of things. My son is almost fully transitioned to solid foods and it's crazy how much he eats! I need to meal prep every Sunday to make sure I have meals for all three of us throughout the week. I know I'll need to be diligent about this when LO gets here, too. It can slip away from you so easily!

What is your biggest fear about how a (or another) baby will change your life/routines? Biggest excitement? Mainly financial concerns. I’m so thrilled and can’t wait to finally hold my baby in my arms.

-I turned 12 weeks yesterday size of a plum!

-Holy RLP this week like goodness gracious. I don't remember it being this painful last time.

Appointments/US this week?
-We did have our genetic screening ultrasound yesterday. All looked great and baby was SUPER active lol. My almost 2 year old also loved it and got a big sister sticker.

Random questions?
-I'm wondering everyone's thoughts. I plan on wearing this baby. With a 2.5 year old I'm going to want that one stuck in a stroller when needed. Is this silly or should we go ahead and make sure to gave a double stroller in the beginning?

Rants/raves?
-Still having food aversions. Its the worst. Seriously. But, to make it better, I found this candy my French teacher used to sell in high school. Got it delivered from Amazon and I'm obsessed lol.

What is your biggest fear about how another baby will change your life/routine? Biggest excitement?
-Im concerned about sleep with two kiddos. Also, im really worried about how my daughter will react, but its also my biggest excitement. She is such a mother hen, but how will she be with a baby IN her house, making noise, and with us showing it attention.

13 weeks yesterday- helllloooo 2nd trimester

I wasn't all that tired in my 1st trimester- now that I hit 2nd I feel super tired- hopefully it will go away.  And irritability- my god, everything is annoying lately.

Appointments/US this week
Had my NT scan last Friday which went well.  Baby was super active and looks great.  Waiting for the blood test results to come back Friday to confirm everything is okay.

Random Questions
When does it start feeling "real"?  I mean I feel like I'm showing but I just feel normal.  Is it when baby kicks? Not till baby is here?  It still hasn't set in.

I hate my job lately.  But am afraid to leave due to FMLA leave.  You need to be with a company for 12+ months to qualify.

All of my friends have kids- family is huge. So I guess my only concern is financially and how my DH and I will parent.  I am saving my 2 weeks PTO but then will need to pay for the remaining 10 weeks which I am saving for now. 
Biggest excitement is being a mom.  I can't wait

I just know how hard the first couple months are and I’m not excited about doing it with a two year old who is crazy.

I will stop working at least the first several years. I'm worried about not having my own money and relying on DH for everything financial.
