I feel huge!

I'm 12 weeks into my second pregnancy and I feel like I look the way I did at 20 weeks the first time around. To be fair, I had a little more fast around my midsection to start off, but I really feel huge. 

Does anybody know what's up? If my baby is a little over an inch and my uterus should just be poking out of the pelvic bone, how did I go from flat(ish) to completely round??

As far as your question.. 
Things happen much faster the second time around! I’m 15 weeks and have noticed my uterus making a showing for a few weeks now and I’m a STM too.
