@amylonghorn - kefir is kind of like a drinkable yogurt with a sour-taste made from cow's milk fermented with certain bacteria. It's kinda weird but really good for pregnancy and baby! I like the strawberry flavor the best. A bit tart but satisfying!

yep -it's like the stuff you would make granola with before sugar and things are added. I put it in my yogurt.
