Hope it's okay that I start this! I think we missed last week so I figured I'd start it up again.
How are you feeling this week?
Have you felt any baby movements yet?
What's the first thing you have bought or plan to buy for baby?
Any other questions/comments?

Re: Last Week of June (22-30) Check-In - Week of 1/11
Feeling good- a bit congested and still getting tired pretty early at night but otherwise I can't complain.
Have you felt any baby movements yet?
I may have? But I'm still not entirely sure if it was baby. It could have been gas/digestion lol.
What's the first thing you have bought or plan to buy for baby?
Haven't bought anything yet but I think after we find out the sex (2/6 eeeeek!) I want to buy a cute onesie to help tell our families. They live far away so we won't have a gender reveal party or anything but I think I might FaceTime them with a cute blue/pink onesie.
Any other questions/comments?
Anyone else still feel in the "I don't really feel pregnant yet" stage? At 16 weeks I thought I'd feel more secure since it's 2nd tri now but I guess since I'm not showing too much yet or feeling a ton of movement it still doesn't feel real haha. But today I heard baby's heart beat for the first time so that certainly helped!!

AFM: feeling okay. The nausea comes and goes and i have been ravenous today so I need to up my snack supply at school haha
ive definitely felt the LO. Nothing super crazy that DH could feel but at night when I lay down for bed seems to be when he/she is most active.
Ive bought a pair of freshly picked newborn shoes and a Rags pouch. Lol so nothing practical. Once we find out the sex I’ll have a better idea of things. (I already have a DD)
just excited for thr anatomy scan! I feel like it’s forever away (2/5). I’m having huge nesting urges and wanna start making progress

I'm good, second tri congestion is no fun. But nausea is coming and going, hopefully it really starts going more.
I've felt baby since week 16 started! At first I thought someone was using a voodoo doll on my ute, but as it turns out it's just my baby preparing me for the future, lmao. I thought it was supposed to be this nice fluttery feeling, and had quite a few friends tell me they never had that, but felt more what I'm feeling. Whatever, I'll take it.
I bought a diaper bag at a consignment shop during a bag sale, but I'll probably end up getting another one that's backpack style because it's easier to carry baby that way. Other than that, we've bought nothing. I'm getting a bunch of stuff from my brother and SIL who are done having kids and don't need their stuff anymore (bouncer, bassinet I think, etc.). It's all in pretty awesome shape for having gone through three kids!!
A/s is on 2/5, and we're going the same day to start our registry. I'll be crying the whole time, I'm sure.

Have you felt any baby movements yet? I think so? When I slow down and do yoga, I've felt a few flutters.
What's the first thing you have bought or plan to buy for baby? We had a 20% off coupon at target PLUS a huge gift card so we went for a crib! I know it's early but I couldn't help myself. It arrives today
Any other questions/comments? Still don't have the anatomy scan scheduled which is testing my patience (have an appointment next Friday the 19th so hopefully they'll schedule it then). Also STILL don't look remotely pregnant, just a bit chubby & like I've had a boob job lol.
@ashleymar1e Oh, yikes! Falling has been my greatest fear! I'm notoriously clumsy and now with the icy subway stairs, I'm constantly on guard. I hope you're doing okay!!
@sunshineandwhiskey What sent you over to Team Finding out at week 28 last time? Just overwhelming curiosity??
How are you feeling this week?
Doing well this week! I'm with you @elsie42 I just don't really feel pregnant. Every now and then I'll have a pain and I'm more tired than usual, but otherwise, I'm just my regular self.
Have you felt any baby movements yet?
I don't think so. Sometimes I think I feel a punch or a kick, but I'm pretty sure it was just gas.
What's the first thing you have bought or plan to buy for baby?
I bought a diaper bag on Black Friday because those things are expensive. I'm looking at buying cribs this week because the ones I want are ridiculously expensive from Pottery Barn and they're actually really on sale right now.
Any other questions/comments?
Did anyone else read July's thread about splitting milestone boards between early due dates and late due dates? I didn't really get it. We're hitting milestones later than women in the first few weeks, but it hasn't bothered me at all. Overall, I think everyone is excited for everyone else.

@LaceyBee522 @elsie42 I was a 7/29 EDD with DD and I agree with not having a problem with it. I think it almost makes me more excited? haha Its the anticipation.
@LaceyBee522 My husband was team finding out and I was team green, so he decided to wait it out with me. I think people "bugging" us all the time about it really started to wear on me. We had MFM put the sex in an envelope and so we had it when/if we wanted to find out. Once I had the envelope, though, the curiosity killed me - plus I wanted to be right (no one thought it was a girl except me haha). You're team green, right? What made you want to be? esp with twins???

I don't know that MH was totally Team Green until I said I wanted to wait. I love surprises and I'm usually the one surprising other people, so I felt like this is one time when I could get the excitement. Also, I'm super-hardcore team gender neutral and I thought not knowing the sex would help other people respect that stance. Now that I'm having twins, I want even more gender neutral stuff, so I can dress the babies in whatever and it doesn't matter/people won't assume girl vs boy.
@sunshineandwhiskey You and your DH sound exactly like us. I've intended to be a member of Team Green as long as I can remember, but my husband really, really wants to know and I find myself wondering if he doesn't care more about knowing than I care about the surprise. I know I don't want a gender reveal party, but maybe doing a cake or something for just the two of us would make it feel that extra little bit special and get me over the hump. Only a few more weeks to decide. Also, yes to more snacks. MH usually does our grocery shopping, but he's out of town so I went and broke all his rules about avoiding the center aisles... pickles and chips and hummus and pretzels and cute baby cheeses and popcorn. I'm stocked.
@ashleymar1e I'm so glad you're ok! I took a tumble down an escalator back at Christmas (my FIL was ahead of me with his suitcase and lost his balance...poor guy felt terrible) but, like your fall, it was a relatively soft landing and while scary in the moment I kinda knew everything was ok afterward, you know? Baby checked out just fine earlier this month and yours will too
@LaceyBee522 LOVE PB cribs (everything, actually). Any particular one or two that you've got your eye on?
@izza2 Glad you're feeling better (hope it continues) and am thrilled for you you're feeling movement! Have you decided where you're going to go register?
How are you feeling this week? Fine. Like many of you, I'm feeling pretty normal and grateful for that.
Have you felt any baby movements yet? No, but you ladies that have are making me hopeful!
What's the first thing you have bought or plan to buy for baby? I haven't bought anything, but now that work is on notice and that hurdle's cleared I'm getting the nesting urge hardcore. I'm going to try really hard to channel that into making progress on daycares and childbirth classes and HSA plans before I start buying stuff. My MIL did buy the baby a onesie from MH's alma mater, which I find myself taking out and staring at daily.
@ashleymar1e glad you're ok! I fell on ice twice my last pregnancy and it always freaked me out, but everything was fine.
@LaceyBee522 I didn't read the thread but I agree that it doesn't bother me being behind some of the other moms.
@elsie42 it's so exciting to hear the HB, especially the first time!
@izza2 I was also feeling like everyone knew the sex besides me, so this thread makes me feel better.
AFM, if I forget to take my vitamin b6 and unisom I feel like crap and throw up. When I remember to take it I feel good for the most part.
I feel movement almost everyday when I'm laying down at night. No real hard kicks yet, but more of a pressure feeling. Apparently I have an anterior placenta so I don't know when I'll feel stronger movements.
I haven't bought anything yet because if this baby is another girl I'm pretty much set. If we're having a boy then I need to start shopping!

Have you felt any baby movements yet? I think I have felt some thumps and flutters
What's the first thing you have bought or plan to buy for baby? I haven't bought anything yet since we have everything from DD1 so I'll probably buy a going home outfit
Any other questions/comments? We're almost half way there!
Have you felt any baby movements yet? Maybe? I'm not sure if it's baby or digestion. I can't wait to feel the baby move
What's the first thing you have bought or plan to buy for baby? We purchased some gender neutral winter clothing. We got 2 really nice winter jackets (different sizes) for 3 bucks on clearance. I'm guessing baby probably won't see much use from it, but we thought it's better to have one then not.
Any other questions/comments?
I don't look pregnant as some others above have above. With my nausea being gone now and I'm really only feeling tired now, it we hear the heartbeat from yesterday.
@ashleymar1e I live in Wisconsin, and falling is a constant fear for me this winter. I'm glad you're ok! That would be so scary.
still taking my b6 and unisom to avoid puking all day. And I have some sciatica pain but other than that I barely feel pregnant.
Baby movements? - I have felt some tiny little flutters but it’s very sporadic. I’m excited for it to be more regular.
First thing I bought or plan to buy? - I have a small stash of cloth diapers I have picked up here and there. We also have a car seat and a bedside crib that I picked up for free from a yard sale site. We are planning on buying some clothes once we find out the sex.

How are you feeling this week? Ok, I start classes and work is getting a bit slower, so I'm less stressed.
Have you felt any baby movements yet? Just a little bit. Feels like a muscle jumping around in there.
What's the first thing you have bought or plan to buy for baby? I've already bought some clothes. Got a car seat. Maybe I'll start stocking up on diapers...
Any other questions/comments?
DS2 due: 6/2018
How are you feeling this week? Pretty good actually. Nausea is pretty much abated. My back and hips are really killing me though. I am also getting pretty big already. I probably need to start doing some yoga or something to help with this.
Have you felt any baby movements yet? I have been feeling small movements over the past two weeks, but yesterday he was moving around a lot and they felt a lot stronger. He mainly moves at night when I am sitting down relaxing.
What's the first thing you have bought or plan to buy for baby? I bought a few outfits for him.
