Not announcing Rainbow baby

I had a normal & healthy pregnancy. My son was born at 40 wk 2 day, passed away 1 wk after due to meconium aspiration. After 2 years and a half later I am pregnant with my rainbow baby. I am 8 weeks pregnant but I don't plan to announce it as I am afraid of the same situation happening again. I plan to only tell close friends and family further in the pregnancy. I am excited though scared as well. I am scared of a similar situation happening again and going home empty-handed.
