GTKY: What is your Harry Potter house? Descriptions below. (Been watching all the HP movies its on my brain.) I was going to put the quiz here from pottermore but you have to sign in, lol.

How far along are you? 12 weeks today! Little nugget is the size of a chicken nugget!

How are you feeling? PRetty ok. I don't really want to eat anything, which I find weird.

Any recent/upcoming appointments? Had an appt yesterday with a genetic counselor and an ultrasound before. Doing the NT scan on the 22nd (13w 3days) and then they do the anatomy scan and my fetal echo a few weeks after that! Things are flying right along!

Rants/Raves? I wish food sounded better but I guess my body must be compensating for all the crap I ate in the first trimester, lol.

Questions? Not yet!

GTKY: I have taken the quiz on pottermore and I'm Gryffindor. However, I always thought I'd be Ravenclaw because I love school and books so much!

How far along are you? 11w 5d

How are you feeling? Pretty good. I’ve been having mad heart palpitations and shortness of breath lately. I think it’s time to start working in some iron supplements. 

Any recent/upcoming appointments? NT scan on Saturday. I already have my NIPT results though which came back perfect so I’m really just wanting to make sure the nugget is still growing and nice and snuggly in there before we start telling the rest of the family.  

Rants/Raves? Half day of work tomorrow! Also I had been double promoted at work to Senior Manager which I found out the same day as my NIPT results. It was an insanely cosmically good day.

i took the quiz a long time ago and it said Gryffindor. Curious if that ever changes over time.

@SmashJam it’s amazing how everything is just moving right along now. There are so many tests and milestones now to look forward to!

How far along are you? 12w +2

How are you feeling? Tired today. Ive been gettinf a lot of pressurein my upper abdomen when i eat which makes me very uncomfortable. Not sure what is causing it. Acne is still driving me nuts and nausea still comes and goes. 

Any recent/upcoming appointments? NT scan on the 18th and next ob appt is the 30th.

Rants/Raves? Nothing really except i hope and pray i pass the 1 hr glucose test today!

I havent taken the quiz but based off of the descriprions, id probably be in hufflepuff.

How far along are you? 14 weeks! Hello second tri!

How are you feeling? Eh... headaches galore and still fighting some nausea and throw up basically every morning brushing my teeth. I am getting some energy back though so that's a plus! The last couple nights before I fall asleep I think I can feel baby moving - but really I have no idea and it's only right before I fall asleep.  

Any recent/upcoming appointments? 2 weeks from tomorrow just for my 16 week. In ND or with my insurance the NT scan and testing is not standard and is not normally covered. We elected to not pay out of pocket for these. 

Rants/Raves? My schedule at work is switching by the end of the month and i get every other Friday off!

How far along are you? 11w6d

How are you feeling?  Better, not as exhausted but still a little tired.  Unisom and B6 help with the nausea.  I might try to stop taking it next week and see how I feel.

Any recent/upcoming appointments? NT scan tomorrow.  Panorama results could be in at any time so I'm anxiously awaiting those.  Glucose test on Monday.

Rants/Raves?  I'm excited to see the baby tomorrow but I'm super nervous about the NT scan.  This u/s causes me a lot of anxiety and brings up a lot because of Macy's NT scan.  I had a quick u/s on Tuesday to check the HB and from what I could tell (I'm not a professional by any means) it looked like a normal nuchal fold so I'm hopeful it will go well tomorrow.  

Questions?  Can't think of any!

GTKY: What is your Harry Potter house? I wasn't sure if it would be Hufflepuff or Ravenclaw so I took the quiz.  I'm Hufflepuff.

How are you feeling? Fighting a cold on top of everything else. Non-stop coughing is annoying

Any recent/upcoming appointments? Saw MFM today for first visit and it went well. Normal NT scan and took blood for the NIPT. Next appt is 1/25 with the OB

Rants/Raves? Baby looked like a baby for the first time today so that was cool to see.

@MrsMiller8588 Congrats on second tri! I just started having difficulty brushing my teeth last week and it sucks. I literally say a prayer and sing a song in my head before I brush my tongue and still end up gagging like crazy!

@SmashJam when are they doing your fetal echo?  Mine is supposed to be around 24 weeks. 
@nimmle congrats on the promotion!
@busymommy23 have you mentioned that to your doctor?  Maybe gallbladder pain?  Good luck with your glucose test today!
@MrsMiller8588 yay for every other Friday off!  That sounds awesome!
@safire3 Great news about the NT scan!  And I hope you're feeling better soon!

@Sarafuss i plan on mentioning it at my next appt. Ive had it off and on this pregnancy. It cant be gallbladder as i dont have mine anymore lol. I had mine removed about 11 years ago.

How are you feeling? Getting more energy back. Started getting weird food craving out of no where and it’s all i can think about until i feed myself. 

Any recent/upcoming appointments? Had blood work for NIPT done today and next OB appt is Feb 1st.

Rants/Raves? Anxious for NIPT results but when we did our last US to look at hb rate, the neck on babe looked normal. Also, looking forward to finding out gender, shopping and finally telling work!

@safire3 it's the worst! And as of this morning I can't take pills either.. I thought I was past this! Yay for baby looking like a baby!! I still have 6 weeks before I get to see my baby again!

@And846 just trying to wash my face twice a day and not wear as much makeup. I dont like using things that can be taken in through the skin during first tri so hopefully once i hit second tri the hormones will level out and if not i can find something to use.
