Favorite memory from the Holidays this year?

We told family over Christmas that we were expecting and the one reaction that really sticks out was my middle brother. I didn't get to see him over Christmas and he never answers his phone so I texted him a picture of my original Nintendo NES controllers with a onesie that says "Player 3 Has Entered the Game" (gamer house).  He called me laughing hysterically, like pure joy. Our youngest brother passed away in June 2016 and it's been since then since I've heard or seen my middle brother genuinely laugh or enjoy life. Even at his wedding in September he seemed gloomy. It was completely unexpected and I doubt I will ever forget the sound.

New/Interesting/Festering Symptoms still ms on and off. Acne and constipation and still generally feeling run down

Appointments/US this week nope. Heard the hb last week.

Rants/Raves tomorrow is Friday! Excited for the weekend. 

Favorite memory from the Holidays this year?  this is tough. It was a pretty normal Christmas. Getting so much baby stuff was pretty awesome! And just sending time with family in general

How far along today? 14 weeks-second tri finally! 

New/Interesting/Festering Symptoms nausea was subsiding but threw up again this morning. New symptom is insane pelvic heaviness/pressure and basically feeling like I pulled a muscle like from hip to hip right above my pubic bone. It’s super uncomfortable 

Appointments/US this week after seeing the babies once a week for a while we had a month between appointments. Nothing this week but FINALLY getting to see them a week from today. Can’t wait. Also have an early anatomy scan on the 25th at 17 weeks.  

Random Questions panicking a little-is this pelvic pressure/occasional pain normal this early? Maybe with twins? Anxiety is terrible just want to see them and make sure they’re ok

Rants/Raves getting back to work has been exhausting and annoying. I want vacation back 

Favorite memory from the Holidays this year? Nothing super fun to share-usually go away but with the babies in here I didn’t want to so we had a boring time at home and with family

 fatigue - itching from not being on my normal medication.- and heart palpitations although I started a new heart medication so this should improve

None- just waiting on genetic blood work testing. Should get back next week.

i hate that most prescription medication is “unsure” if safe. I get we aren’t going to just randomly test it on pregnant women but it makes it so hard for someone who does have medication they need but can’t take because we Aren’t sure. Out of 4 of my regular medications I’m off because of this. Two I had to continue even with risk and then we changed my heart medication. 

Favorite memory from the Holidays this year? 

Just that my daughter was aware of things and enjoyed it. I was sad though as this is her last year as an only child.

Rants/Raves Rant. I am in PA we are getting bad snow today and my office is open. GOVERNMENT offices are CLOSED. But we are here... Not happy about it.

I have the same Pelvic pain/ pressure. Its killing me. the pilled muscle feeling for me is on the left side but feels exactly the same.

@devilcat139 I’ve got the same pressure/pain, especially when I move around. I take it as things growing down there- yours is probably worse with 2 babies! 

@MrsMiller8588 honestly with my first I went to BRU and picked out one that felt the most comfortable but also firm/safe. I didn’t do much research because I figured they would all meet the safety standards in the store and there’s just so many options I couldn’t deal at that point.

NBR but I’ve got yet another head cold. 
Also, I think my taste buds have changed? I don’t find things nearly as spicy as I used to, and I used to hate spice. I made chicken tortilla soup for dinner and DH who likes five alarm chili said it was spicy.. I thought it was bland.

Just that my Boobs hurt- like I have to wear a bra almost all the time or they are painful- and I have terrible dry skin (but I think that’s becasue it’s so cold in NYC right now!)

I had my NT scan last Friday- the doctor there said everything looked good but we haven’t got our official results yet- I will feel better after they tell us. Was expecting some news today but with the snow storm I’m sure that’s why it was delayed.

How do you hide your bumps? I know we all share our “bumps pics” weekly and I know my bump will be noticeable within the next few weeks- I’m overweight so I think it will take a little longer to see a distinguished bump that’s not my regular chubs belly. Lol but Whatsoever your fav bump hiding clothing! I’m trying to wait to announce at work- for as long as I can lol

Raves- I’ve been craving strawberries and DH got me some- they are delicious
Rants- my appetite is back and I’m so hungry between meals, just trying to keep my snacking to healthy options.

I’d say mine was announcing to my extended family- everyone was so excited for us- and it was cool to be free to talk about it with so many people!
