Baby sleep

My baby is almost four months and she use to sleep through the night with one maybe two feedings. But the past few nights she has been waking up every 2-2.5 hours. I am not sure what is going on. If you have any advice or possibly know what is going on I would love to know.

Hello! I'm so sorry you're going through what sounds like a sleep regression. I hope your little one sleeps through the night soon. Just remember to stick to your routine and don't pick up any bad habits like rocking to sleep or using a pacifier, if you can help it. Good luck!
