QOTW: Has anyone scheduled maternity pictures yet?

I'm finally in the 3rd trimester!!! I am 28 weeks + 2 days pregnant with twin girls, I'm due March 25th with a cut off of March 11th.

I had an appointment this morning with my OB. At the appointment we found out the girls are both breech currently so unless they flip over we will be having a c-section. We also found out that the birls are growing much slower than they would like. Their measurements were in the 10th percentile, so I've been referred to a MFM for an additional scan to make sure there actually is an issue and not technician error. That appointment is next week. My mom will have to drive me since my husband doesn't have the day of the appointment off. 

So far I've been feeling fine, just tired and the normal achiness. I tried cleaning some on New Years Eve and started feeling light headed and a sharp pain in my belly so apparently picking up 5 things from the floor is beyond me anymore lol.

I have scheduled a maternity shoot with a friend of mine who used to be a photographer for the Saturday after next Just have to figure out what to wear lol.

Hi and happy new year! @thucks thanks for taking over the board!
I didn't have my computer over the break and the app will never let me post on my phone for some reason, I hope you all enjoyed the holidays. 
I'm 8 months pregnant today and it really feels like I'm nearing the homestretch but also I can't believe I still have two months   
I never ended up scheduling maternity pictures. I love photography and might just try and use my trip-pod and take some pictures myself. There's still so many things we need to buy for baby that I'm expecting won't get purchased from our registry (like our stroller and car seat) so I want to keep expenses down.

Hey everyone I hope you had a great weekend. I did end up going out after I got the girls to bed for new years. Went to the walk in on Sunday I have another sinus infection and left ear infection. I'm a hot mess and so is the rest of the family. They were able to give me a zpack and a nasal spray.  I'm currently 33w4d and chugging along. I'm in full nesting mode and DH isn't and it's driving me nuts. Subconsciously I want everything done and ready for a baby to come home by 36 weeks and that's only in 3 weeks. And because of work schedules I only see DH on Saturday and Sunday so he's just not moving fast enough for me. lol 

@amanning2011 welcome to the 3rd trimester. 
@wabash15 have you had your baby yet??? 

QOTHW: Sorry I'm not very good at coming up with a question. We are scheduled for an in home maeternity shoot on the 13th right before my baby shower/sprinkle thing.

@thucks thanks I know what you mean by being frustrated with DH not getting in gear. Our OB/midwife has told us that the twins may end up coming early since they may not be growing well and the nursery isn't even close to be empty let alone ready for them to be born. I can't lift things without pain so I'm having to rely on him to do things and he just doesn't have the same urgency I have at this point.

@thucks yes @wabash15 had her baby and it was a girl. She had it sometime last week.

30+5 today with the twins
Had MFM appointment yesterday and both babies are growing like crazy, but baby girl somehow passed baby boy in weight.. dr. Estimated 6 pounders by delivery (37weeks)
But Im still hoping they come a bit earlier. 
Feeling like crap.. heartburn has kicked in like crazy. Baby boy on my bladder and baby girl in my ribs..
My picts are scheduled for this Saturday,  but with the weather I might just have to push it back.

@momma6angels11 That's great to hear thanks for the updated on @wabash15. 
6 pounders is a good weight, my girls were just shy of 6lbs when I had them at 35w. 

AFM: I had a growth US yesterday. She is in the 51 percentile and currently weighs 5lbs 11oz. She's going to be a big baby by the time she gets here. I got a pic of her head full of hair. I don't remember seeing all that with the twins it's pretty kewl. I've been having alot of heartburn so knew she growing some hair but dang. Braxton Hicks seem to be kicking in if not I'm unsure of what shes trying to do in there lol.

@thucks Thanks for checking in. Sorry things have been a bit crazy. We did have our baby girl on the 28th.  Labor was long and needed some nudging along but in the end all went well and she is perfect.  The twins are in love. The first thing they did was give her a big kiss and insist on holding her. Talk about melting a mom's heart. I hope your girls will be as in love with your new baby girl as my twins are. 
@momma6angels11 6 lbs at that age is a good size. awesome job growing those babies!!
@amanning2011 try not to stress too much if the twins come before you have everything set. all you really need is somewhere to lay them down (and yes a box counts), some diapers, and clothing is optional... everything else is extra. I found it super important to just set your bar/expectations low... all you have to do is feed them/you, keep them clean and love them. everything else including house work having a fancy (or any nursery) is a bonus.

@wabash15 Congrats on the girl!! I hope my twins are like that. I have a feeling my mother hen twin will be the jealous one and may have a little bit of troubles there.
