It's a big pot of chili here tonight. Definitely chili weather in the Midwest right now. Probably stuffing casserole at least one other night. No other meals planned yet as my husband uncharacteristically has the week off so I'm going to let him do some planning/cooking!

This thread is blowing my mind. I’m so jealous of all these meals and motivation to cook. I got Amy’s veggie/lentil soups to feed my toddler and husband this week. We also have left over chili and some chicken sausage.
We ordered pizza last night, my brother was over watching the semifinal games, so that was nice and easy albeit terribly unhealthy. It also took over 90 minutes to get the pizzas and they were cold, so it wasn't even delicious, womp womp.
Tonight we are doing chickpea pasta (Banza) with crushed tomatoes and ground beef. I did buy some garlic bread to go with but may try to be good and avoid that.
Wednesday I am having dinner at CPK with my mom (we are going sleep/nursing bra shopping at the mall).
Thursday we are doing chili. I wanted to do it tonight because it is SO COLD but DH and I were both too lazy to throw it in the slow cooker this morning.
Friday is my birthday so I think we are doing dinner at this cute Italian place I like with my mom and brother and aunt and uncle.
I am not feeling original or creative at allllll between MS and exhaustion.

I'm so inspired by all the different dishes here! We still need to re-stock the fridge from being on vacation. Last night was Chinese take-out, tonight will probably be Panera or something equally easy. But I got an instant pot for Christmas so this weekend will be chilis and stews galore!
