Does anyone else have trouble with the Natera website? I received an email and set up an account, but then it says there are no tests for me. Ugh. I guess I’ll just have to wait on my doctor to call me.
Did you get the card from your test kit with the control number on it? This happened to me with DD2. I went through Natera's whole process to set up my account, but because I didn't know to ask for that card from the test kit, i didn't have my control number and couldn't get my results until my doctor posted them.
I'll be asking for the card from the test kit this time around.
They gave me some information, but I don’t think it was that. Bummer.
@lalala2004 I didn't get a card with my genetic testing, but I was able to call Natera and they tracked down all of my information and linked it to my portal for me.
