TW- good bye and good luck ladies

went for my first prenatal today and our baby had no heart beat. Stopped growing at 7 weeks 1 day. I should be 10 weeks 1 day today. No cramps and no red spotting. I spotted three days, each about a week apart and no spotting in the last two weeks. Never had bleeding enough to wear a party liner. I’m really confused. I still have the same symptoms. My heart is breaking.

It just wasnt our time, I guess.
