Two sacs

Had my first ultrasound today and my midwife saw one baby with a heartbeat measuring perfectly at 7.5 and then also an empty sac. Anyone have this experience?

No experience but sounds like disappearing twin syndrome

My DD was the same--had no complications. The empty sac was gone by the time I had the anatomy scan.
