GTKY: Favorite Show as a Kid

What was your favorite show(s) when you were a kid?  We used to watch Rugrats and for some random reason I had the "Oodles the Talking Poodle" song pop into my head yesterday!

I loved Doug.  I also loved anything and everything on TGIF.  Family Matters, Full House, Boy Meets World, Step by Step, Dinosaurs, etc.  Those were the days!

I feel like so many of us grew up at the same time. I love all those shows!! Some other favorites: Saved By The Bell, Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Clarissa Explains it All, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, All That, Blossom, and of course Friends! So many more. The 90s were the best!

@mileswithmyles TGIF was so awesome! I also liked the One Saturday Morning shows like Recess. I also loved the shows on PBS The Magic School Bus, Arthur, Wishbone.. This post makes me want to try to find some old episodes on youtube.

I watched a lot of TV because I was always home alone so pretty much all the shows mentioned I watched. Remember Hey Dude?!

Depends on the age what was favourite when, but I was pretty obsessed with Full House I remember. My father hated it so much he couldn't even bear to be in the room when it was on but that didn't stop me! When I was a bit younger I loved Ninja Turtles and Jem. I'm still not over them ruining Jem in the movie .

For some reason I loved to watch Beverly Hill 90210 when I was like 6-8 years old. Probably not the most appropriate show for my mom to let me watch lol. As far as young kids shows go, I liked My Little Pony and Care Bears.

Afm, all shows tgif for sure.  We had a family habit of that being our takeout night too so me and my younger sister would pick what we wanted to eat and just veg out to all the shows. The best!

Sesame Street and Mister Rogers when I was really little. Then there was Rocko's Modern Life, Legend of the Hidden Temple, Darkwing Duck, Power Rangers, and All That. I also loved Sailor Moon in middle school, like, obsessively. If I were into the comic-con type things (and was skinnier), she would totally be the character I dressed up as.

In the 90s I got super into MTV late night shows....I think it was called "Liquid Television".  Anyhow I was into Aeon Flux, The Head, and the Max, and all the creepy little shorts in between!

All things TGIF!  So good!  When I was younger I was a HUGE care bear fan and Sesame Street fan.  I had all the care bears!  When I was older, I was into Saved by the Bell.

@rachelg777 and @mileswithmyles I loved Boy Meets World, too.  When I was trying to convince MH to use Josephine for this baby if it's a girl, I was using the multiple nickname options as an arguing point.  I said, "We could call her Feenie (or Pheenie, I guess?)  He just rolled his eyes and said, "Like Mr. Feeney on Boy Meets World?  No thanks."  Ok, it maybe wasn't my best point for argument, but I tried LOL 
ETA @JNCPro3130 I LIVED for Saved By the Bell.  I still can't decide if I would pick Slater or Zach if given the choice.....?

The 90's were definitely the best!!! Kids shows aren't the same anymore!

I was all about cartoons when I was little. I loved Anamaniacs, Tiny Toons, Looney Tunes, Pinky and the Brain, Garfield and Friends, Inspector Gadget, Ducktales, Rescue Rangers, and Muppet Babies. TGIF shows were also a staple and I loved Dinosaurs.

So many awesome shows already mentioned! All the TGIF shows for sure! I was a big 90s Nickelodeon fan as well - Guts, Double Dare, wild and Crazy Kids, salute your shorts ...   Quality TV!
