Hi everyone! I'm breastfeeding and have a super boob and one itty bitty. My lactation nurse says this is normal and nothing i can do... but I refuse to believe that! I'm so lopsided and insecure. Ideas On how to even out?
Do you mean that one breast produces more than the other? If that’s the case you can power pump to stimulate the breast making less milk (pump for 10mins, rest for 10, repeat or pump for 10 mins every hour). If you just mean one breast is larger but produces about the same milk, the midwife is right, nothing you can do. They may even out, it’s possible the larger one is still engorged and will “deflate” with time.
