What you should know: they weight eleventy billion pounds. And if you fill the pot with water, stock, whatever- you need a strongman to lift it. And they don't go in the dishwasher.
I'm no expert, but I think for the fry pan that you could use a good cast iron pan like Lodge, since that is a piece where the Le Creuset does not have the enamel on the inside. Again, I could be totally wrong. I do love my Le Creuset dutch oven.
Is there a problem with food sticking at all? I'm reading some reviews where people are saying they have a problem with foods like eggs and potatoes sticking, even if they use oil.

How is it really any different from a plain cast iron pan that costs under $20? I do own Le Creuset pot and I love it, but I wouldn't buy the fry pan. My fry pan is Lodge.
A well seasoned cast iron skillet doesn't stick. But even if you buy a pre-seasoned one, the first few things you make need to be greasy (or use oil). But eventually it becomes pretty much non-stick.
Re: Anyone own a Le Creuset fry pan?
I have a set of Le Creuset.

That said, they cook so even.
