I've got a rip roaring head cold and cough. And I can't take time off from work because I need my vacation time for my maternity leave.

@rainafire77 I hear you! It's the worst! H had a cold last week and I *knock on wood* didn't get it because I can't afford to take the leave! I hope you feel better soon. Try to get lots of rest!

@eggplantface H is saying I gave him my cold and I'm like OH MY GOD! NOT MANCOLD! 


I'm feeling better today because I found a comfy propped up position in bed and slept great last night for the first time in weeks.

@rainafire77 Oh the mancold. Here was our conversation:

H: Do we have anything for sore throats?
Me: We have Tylenol and ibuprofen.
H: No, something like Dayquil.
Me: ....Dayquil contains Tylenol, that's what eases the sore throat.
H: Oh....so do we have any Dayquil?
Me: No...we have Tylenol.

WTF.
