Cramping

Anyone experiencing mild cramping in lower stomach? I'm 36w4d. Baby moving around alot but yesterday cramping was super high at night, tonight it's period type cramping super low....ugh...c section scheduled for 2 weeks from Tuesday and I'm paranoid!!!

Drink lots of water. And by lots, I mean at least half a gallon. Cramping can be caused by dehydration. Keep yourself hydrated, and that will help keep cramping at bay.

Keep track of them. If you’re getting period-like cramping, those are the start of real contractions normally.
