Smooth Endoplasmic Reticulum (SER) Clusters - Info Needed

I am writing this post for my friend who lives in Germany. She and her husband have been trying off and on for over 5 years to get pregnant.  She recently discovered that her eggs have something called Smooth Endoplasmic Reticulum (SER) clusters.  Is anyone familiar with SER and if so, could you provide some information?  Unfortunately, there is not much information on the topic in Germany and they are curious if fertility clinics in the US are assisting women who have SER.  There is also a lot of conflicting information about the topic, so they are quite confused as to what causes SER and what can be done?  Thank you!
