There are lots of creams and balms and butters out there. I used the one by Earth Mama Angel Baby.
Many people like gel pads or cooling or heating pads, although I never used them. (Now that I am aware of them, I may next time). Google "breastfeeding gel pads" or "breastfeeding therapy pads" and you'll get tons of results.
