Echogenic intracardiac focus

anyone else have any experience with being told on 20 wk anatomy scan that baby has a bright spot on the heart called an echogenic intracardiac focus? Apparently it’s a soft marker for Down syndrome but can be a normal finding in 3-5% of pregnancies. Ultrasound dr said not to worry about it but she did recommend repeating scan in 4 wks. My genetic testing and nuchal translucency screening was negative. Still anxious about it. I meet with my OB in a couple days so hoping she can provide some more reassurance
