we have a showing already schedule for tomorrow afternoon. Our realtor has a couple who were looking at homes in the area and they drove past our house and she told them that were listing it tomorrow and they want to see it. Now, if only I can keep it spotless until then.

I hope someone sells a house.... mine's been on the market or just under 15 months and we've had a total of 8 showings. <sigh>
