I wish I could sleep past 7, I always turn into an exhausted insomniac while pregnant. Thankfully I’ve onky been up once so far at 1 am, fingers crossed, knock on wood. **

My only really really real craving has been “hot soup” just meaning temperature hot. I have a 20 month old and when I tell him it’s “hot soup” he repeats me and says something resembling “hot poops”

Seriously I’ve been up around 3 for the past two weeks! Daylight savings made it worse and my son keeps waking before 5 and coming to our bed.
There needs to be a "first trimester" setting on all social media platforms that hides food posts. Everytime I scroll my feed I either end up with a very specific, incurable craving or wanting to hurl.

@paytonpedro Are you trying to use emojis in your post? If you use any that the bump doesn't support (pretty much all of them), it will cut your post off at that point.

I noticed that too when I tried using the green throw up face

That's right!! I kept trying to post and having it eaten, then figured out that was what was happening! Then I forgot lol.
DH and I are washing machine hunting. It’s kind of stressful. Our current washer and dryer is like 13 years old and was my parents, and it only sort of works at this point. It’s definitely time for a new one- especially with another LO on the way, but does anyone ever want to spend 1000+ dollars on something not that exciting? Sigh.
Im also going out witb my girlfriends tonight and I wish I was more excited. They’re both pregnant and since they’ve found out they’re due only like two weeks apart they haven’t really needed me for anything and I’ve felt kind of left out. DH thinks I’m overthinking things, and I definitely struggle with anxiety, but I’m still feeling kinda bummed about it.
ETAa happy since my other two were kinda womp womp- we got to have a date night last night and it was awesome!
...I get excited about new appliances. I'm boring! @hillbillywife Thats hard. Your anxiety may make things worse in your head than they are, but that's always the problem with three: someone's always slightly left out. They probably have so much to talk about now I can totally see feeling left out. It'll probably go back to normal once you've all given birth. Kids have a way of evening everything out.
Now I’m taking the boy to Jump & Jacks with my future SIL and her sister (and her LOs).
I'm totally lurking here but felt the need to jump in. You always need to disclose a pregnancy to your massage therapist (I'm not saying you didn't). I worked in a few salons and spas over the last 14 years and every massage therapist I have ever worked with would refuse to do a massage on someone in the first trimester. I know many people aren't aware of this (by the fact that people were surprised when we in fact, had to turn them away) so I wanted to pass that along. I'm sure it's up to the massage therapist and the client but just wanted to put it out there.

Omg, this. I don't remember having this much trouble sleeping before....so tired all day and then I can't sleep.
im feeling badass! working 6 days a week, dealing with a crazy busy 15 month old, terrible nausea whenever I eat and now starting exhaustion but I am doing it! Im still cooking i need to be more active but that will come!

Yes, called my midwife two days after I found out and asked if a massage was okay (since it was already booked) she said prenatal was fine. Then called massage therapist and confirmed whether or not it could be done now or if I needed to reschedule for second tri. They agreed to do it now with my midwife’s consent; I had to fill out an extra form.

Dan (the husband) needs to get up and feed the tiny alien growing inside me. I get it’s only 6:45 on a Sunday but my stomach won’t stop howling for food. Pringles were not enough.

Has anyone else become a lighter sleeper or more sensitive to noises? Always used to sleep through the night regardless of my husbands crazy loud snoring but for the last few weeks it always wakes me up in the middle of the night, then can’t fall back asleep for an hour or so and ultimately give up and move to the gues bedroom. It’s killing me!
@devilcat139 yes! I usually sleep like a rock, I've been waking up when DH comes home around 11/12 at night and can't fall back to sleep. I thought it might have been because I've been going to bed earlier but it's soo annoying.
@devilcat139 yes! But it’s lasted since my first pregnancy. Things were getting better till now again lol guess I’ll have to wait at least two more years kinda start sleeping again
I'm late to the party, but I crochet as well. I am not very good though. I made a few easy hats for my daughter when she was a baby, and gave a few away as shower presents. I just don't have the patience

Exactly why I was up wide awake at 5:45am in a Sunday. It’s 9 am and I need a nap.

My 2 yo ends up in our bed every night which is not helping quality of sleep. Aside from being cramped and uncomfortable, I end up lying awake stressing out about breaking his awful sleep habits before baby comes.

Our son usually ends up in our bed around 5 am and of course has to be on mommy’s side and pillow. I contemplate kicking my DH as he snores away as usual. This is why we need a king size bed!
