I've been hopping around for the last 3 days in pain, just found out I have gout. Any suggestions on how to prevent flare-ups.

Drinking tart cherru juice about 3 tsp a couple of times a day. Also red meat gives flares if eaten alot sometimes citrus fruits and dark pop. Hope that helps
