    Congratulations @Ash_SE - interesting! I did see in my record that he will consider adding prednisone if certain levels start to rise and they have me on 1800mg of fish oil. How much are you taking?

    Ladies when did your nausea kick in? I’m a generally nauseas person in life and have not had even a little bit and it’s really starting to freak me out. I’m 5w exactly today. I’ve never prayed for nausea before in my life....

    @lablover78 I’m right there with you (weakest stomach on Earth). 5w2d and basically nothing. I HAVE had persistent diarrhea for more than a week (a day or two before I got my BFP) - sorry if TMI - and I read that it can be caused by hormonal changes. My coworker said her nausea started at exactly 6 weeks so I’m thinking we’re enjoying the last few days of eating for pleasure. At least, I’m only semi-enjoying it considering the number of times I seem to be on the toilet :(

    @sarcasticowl please enjoy no nausea while u can!! If u normally get nauseous easily like me then I'm sure it's just a matter of time.  Mine hit with twins exactly at 6 wks and this pregnancy was 6wks 2days.  And it's just as severe even with one.  Since the first pregnancy didn't go according to plan I don't know if it would've slowed down or not.  I'm now 17 wks and it's still going strong so trust me u want to live in bliss as long as possible!! I have gotten through a week of no vomiting so I keep hoping each day with get better as we go!!! And I've been so constipated I take Colace 3x a day, it's awful.  These hormones mess with u big time!! Some get lucky and it passes over them but it's rare, good luck!!!

    @Ash_SE wow! Congrats on twins!!

    @lablover78 I started feeling nauseous around 6 weeks, maybe a tad sooner. At 8 weeks I can barely eat half a meal, so enjoy the lack of ms as long as you can! When is your u/s again? I know it’s stressful not having symptoms so I hope you get some reassurance soon!

    Nausea kicked in for me at week 5 but it’s just nausea no actually vomiting yet anyway.  I’m not sure if it’ll get worse with time but I feel the same.. I told my DH I may regret saying it later but puking would give me a sense of relief!

    @sarcasticowl yup you’re my doppelgänger. Ok thanks ladies!! Looks like I got at least a week left to enjoy and I’m very thin so I know I need to gain as much weight as possible so I’ll just try to be positive. U/S is not until Jan 11th!

    @hreason1114 not to burst ur bubble but after you vomit u have relief for maybe 5 minutes.  I thought I would feel better too but unfortunately that's not the case.  Just in case it does happen u won't feel crazy if u don't feel better.

    @lablover78 enjoy as much as u can always! You'll never know when the tides will change!! Jan 11 seems far but just think it's already less then 2 wks away!

    Yes vomiting actually makes you feel way worse than just the nausea. I hope you all don’t get nauseous or vomit. :)
    TTC 4 years. 7 failed IUI's with either Clomid, Femara and/or Trigger Shots. Started IVF journey in February 2017. Polyps removed in May. 1st IVF Transfer September 26th. BFP. Expected due date 6/14/18. Baby boy born 5/25/18 at 6 lb 9 oz. My bundle of joy.

    It's weird with my first I was feeling queasy and nauseous right away!  Like a weird lightheadedness and just off feeling.  I was taking that as a positive symptom, when really there was nothing to be excited about. :/  still just as way early this time, but really none of that queasy off feeling at all.  Trying to enjoy it and embrace. :)  ...and not let the lack of queasiness freak me out.

    @BusinessWife good luck with your beta tomorrow!

    Hi there, it's very early for me, but been lurking for a while so thought I'd introduce myself.  I Have PCOS, menorrhagia, low progesterone, high blood sugar. Also overweight, over 35 and suffered MC last August.  After about 5 months straight of bleeding finally got on correct BC, then 1 round of Clomid + trigger shot + metformin + Progesterone suppositories and I am pregnant again. Also lost about 25-30lbs and adjusted diet to low carb and excersize every day.  1. How far along are you? 2 weeks past ovulation day or 4 weeks from first day of last period.
    What is your EDD? Haven't gotten exact date from doctor yet, but if make it should be around Sept 6th.
    2. Which oh-so-lovely pregnancy symptoms are you having? Very tired and hungry, some dizzy spells/ queasy stomach in morning and tender breasts.  Mood swings are a definite as well.
    3. When is your next Appointment?  Tuesday go for second beta blood test. Dr. said first one is great and looking for HCG to quadruple by Tues. Progesterone is good due to suppositories. Also go to Endo Tues to prepare and learn how to use insulin if blood sugar is high in future.
    4. Anything else you'd like to share? Just nervous and hoping to make it to US where see heartbeat then beyond first trimester.  Per my therapist, trying not to tell friends or family until that point but having hard time not discussing with them. All I can do is my best and hoping to discuss and find support here.  Although my husband and I technnically only started trying last spring, I have been off BC for more than 2 years and have had lots of bleeding for 4+ months at a time. After MC in August ended up in hospital due to extreme menorrhagia.  Before trying my husband wasn't quite ready and I was trying to regulate my period with metformin and Progesterone to ovulate.  Let's just say it's been a bit of a long ride and I hope this sticks.
    QOTW: What shows have you been watching?
    I like to binge series TV shows in order. On Will and Grace and The Sopranos right now.

    Hi @hottietoddy welcome! I question the advice of your therapist to wait to tell people about the pregnancy though, especially if you want to share and need the support. We’ve been TTC for 4.5 yrs and my close friends and family know what we have been through. Even though I’m so early and have not yet heard the heartbeat I did share because I wanted their support either way. They are all so happy & understand how early I am and I have no doubt if this little bean doesn’t stick they are going to be there to support me through the loss. Is that how you feel too? Regardless we are here for you!! I’m sorry for your loss and am sending positive thoughts for your current pregnancy- congratulations!!!

    @lablover78 If you go to the infertility board and search the November FET thread you'll see me asking the same question, while freaking out that I have no symptoms when I was almost 6weeks. The nausea hit me at 7-8, then got REALLY strong at 10. I still have it, but it's not as constant. Thankfully no ms. Don't worry about not having symptoms yet, it's normal to worry while we symptom-spot,  I chalk up these feelings to just being nervous about the next scan. But it's still, thankfully, to early for you to feel some things. Enjoy it now, cause I haven't eaten anything decent since 6 weeks, I can't even go to the grocery store thanks to all the food aversions I'm having. Also, I never really felt that first trimester pregnancy exhaustion, never got sore boobs, and honestly they haven't grown very much either. So I guess don't expect all the symptoms :)
    @BusinessWife good luck today!!
    @Crystal321 you are having a hell of a first tri! So sorry you got that infection. I'm on my last week of PIO and I noticed a hot red bump last night, hopefully I don't have an infected area.
    @sarcasticowl I had the same symptom at first too. I'd get a little nauseous then go sit on the toilet and was fine.
    @Ash_SE congrats on twins!! @hottietoddy welcome & congrats!

    @coco305 be sure and use the other leg for the remainder of the week ;) that's how mine started out but I kept usig the same leg, just moving the needle around

    Regarding symptom spotting, as others have said, symptoms may be different for everyone.. my first time I was extremely fatigued, this time not so much. This time I had food aversions, last time I didn't. Try not to over analyze your symptoms (or lack of)

    @hottietoddy welcome! That sounds like quite a journey. Hope this one sticks for you!! And I second what @lablover78 said- it’s a completely personal decision to tell people, but I have told a few close family and friends who know about what we’ve been going through and it makes me feel so much better to be able to talk about it. If I make an actual announcement it will be probably be right before I’m due haha. If you decide to keep it secret though, these boards are great!

    Thanks guys I am happy to be here with you!  You guys are so great I can tell.  I have lots of MyFitnessPal friends but haven't found the right group yet on The bump. I am so happy for all of you, lots of hard work to get here, I can tell!  @BusinessWife how cool we are on the same schedule almost! Haha @lablover78 @mac627 I think you may be right about telling a few people updates. I plan to update my mom today when she comes over. The only others I plan to tell are two best friends. One I can tell all the details to and the other I'll just give updates when she asked. I told my Aunt yesterday when she called as well but told her it is all tentative.

    @lablover78 I am the same as you, I haven't got naseaus yet, but I do get diharria.  I am on metformin and Progesterone though which can affect the situation.  Being very careful with diet to avoid carbs which hopefully will help.
