I usually don't do these but I just had one happen. I'm super sick. Head cold/sinus infection and everything hurts. Everything. We were supposed to do a service project this morning as a family with a bunch of other families we're getting to know. The Man got up with our three year old, didn't even ask me if I was well enough to go, just let me sleep, and I just got a call from him on his way home. He's going to the store to get me miso soup, bento, and a smoothie for lunch (which he know is the main thing I've been wanting) and to get stuff to take care of dinner. I ALWAYS cook, or at the very least plan dinner if I'm not in the mood to cook. I cook, he does dishes, that's the deal. He can cook, just doesn't like to, whereas I love it. So him planning all this without having to be asked is getting him some big points in the love bank. I super appreciate it.
ETA: AND he brought home roses. if I were well enough he'd be getting some tonight.

Give this man a medal!! I think I would have a stroke if my DH planned dinner!!
No awesome DH here this week. He's off riding quads with his friends in West Virginia for the weekend
Besides my husband never being on time, I got a pretty decent one. Today, I got up because we are driving to Columbus for a formal dinner thing. So I was annoyed that he is sleeping, I woke him up all bitchy like. Well, instead of being pissy to me, he stepped up and pretty much got everything ready to go.
I'm pretty lucky. My husband does the dishes and cooks dinner. He's not the best cook but he tries! He works 10 mins from home and I have an hour each way commute, so ever since I started my current job almost 2 years ago he majorly picked up the slack to help out. He also rubs my feet multiple times per week
My husband is cleaning the whole house today because he knows it stresses me out and I'm too tired to clean... he doesn't want me stressing out. love him.
I like this thread because it reminds me to be grateful instead of looking for things to be frustrated or annoyed about. My DH cleans the house quite a bit and often helps a lot with our dd as well
Mine let me take an uninterrupted 2 hour nap! That was after he walked around the mall for a few hours doings some shopping, might I add he hates shopping!
DH was out of town last night and I was whiny all week about having to babysit and then I got sick and was whiny about that too. He came home today with pretty fall flowers and lots of chocolate.
ETA: I love these- my hormones make me all gushy and heart eyed about good hubbies
I had a girls night planned for last night to see a Tom Petty cover band before we found out we were expecting. I decided at the last minute to still go and just be the DD. My husband not only hung out with our DS last night, but he made sure to keep him quiet this morning when he came in our room so I could sleep in, made breakfast, and then took him to the Children’s museum for a few hours (since it was a rainy day here) so I could rest and watch Stranger Things 2. It was amazing.

Re: Why my SO is awesome!
edit!!! The bump literally ate my whole post and made it super funny!!
Edit again. The bump hates me. It’s Eaten my post twice and I give up.
Basically he gave my son a bath. Cool. Pregnancy hormones and moody. Yay.
