It’s time to say goodbye

The end came so quick. Started spotting and the bleeding which has increased. I am
booked for a scan but really not sure I will be going.
I have lost all symptoms and bleeding heavy.
We are so devastated, my husband actually feels worse than me.

Anyway I wish you all well as you progress in your pregnancy .

With my loss, it was much, much harder for my husband. I took the lead with telling people (I knew he would be sensitive to any jokes if people saw me drinking and would say something like, “oh I guess you’re not pregnant”) and helped give him language for how to explain what happened to his bosses because he was way too distraught to go to work for a few days. I found that to be helpful for him. Also men tend to have less understanding of miscarriage, so it was helpful in our case for me to share articles with him about it, etc.
