1/88 risk of Downs Syndrome

I received a terrifying call today. I am 34 years old and was told I am at an increased risk of having a baby with Downs Syndrome. My chances are 1/88...normal is 1/150. NT measurement was fine.
Has any one been through this and had the Harmony scan, had a healthy baby, or gone on to have a baby with DS. Very frightened.

We didn't do the nt or nipt testing but a soft marker was found in 3rd trimester via an ultrasound, with a small possibility (3%) for t21.  We had a birth diagnosis of t21.  If you are wondering what life is like with having a child with d.s. I am happy to answer questions.  I don't feel like she has been a burden and instead has taught me patience and to stop being a big planner.  My dd is now 2 and knows 60 or 70 words, has strung 4-5 words together (which was my biggest concern, speech). Developmentally she is on the lower end of typical developing children her age, but still mainly on the milestone chart for most things.  She is sassy, defiant, and very curious.  I know right now, hearing that something could be "wrong" (which isn't even the right word, because its part of their genetic makeup) isn't easy. When we had a birth diagnosis I cried for several days and eventually picked myself back up because I had this beautiful baby who needed me. 
On the bump you don't tend to have lots of mom's stay on here who have a child with t21, not exactly sure why (I have theories) but in the 2 years since my dd has been born, I only saw one woman remain active throughout her pregnancy.

I was also 34 when pregnant with my so and we received a 1/95 chance of having T21. Our NT measurement and first trimester blood work were fine but things changed with my second trimester bloodworm. We opted to have an amnio and everything came back normal. I hope all goes well with you! I know waiting for the results to come back was really hard.

Hi, just wanted to offer some reassurance.  I’m 37 and pregnant so I had concerns about increased risk for DS.  My NT scan came back normal, and my doctor told she had never seen a baby with Down Syndrome who didn’t have an enlarged nuchal measurement.  Just a thought!

I also wanted to add some reassurance to others who come across this thread... my chances came back 1:4 ... did the Harmony test and all is normal, no chromosomal issues.
