Hello, it looks like you've been around for a little bit and have been participating so hopefully you've read the pinned posts at the top explaining these one off posts are discouraged. This post is much more appropriate for the symptoms thread. I recommend reading the pinned posts at the top of the page to become more familiar with the structure of this board.
ETA: I also wanted to add to call your doctor if you are ever concerned.
Being crampy can be very normal. Everything is growing and stretching. And gas pains can be a SOB. Spotting is also one of those "could be nothing" things.
I suggest calling your OB and keeping your feet up. Hopefully you can be seen on Monday and ease your mind.
You can also also check out the symptoms thread and I'm sure plenty of women have mentioned spotting. I, for one, have had spotting due to a subchronic hematoma.
I've just gone through this exact thing and posted my update in the 8 week group! I've had a loss before and so the spotting also freaked me out. I also posted a new thread and was duly directed to post in another thread too.
But no reason was seen on scan today and baby is perfect can you see your Dr? The uterus is stretching a lot and there's so much blood flow down there. Constpation or sex can also cause spotting.
I was able to see my midwife. She has a little hand held ultrasound and let me see the heartbeat and told me to come in anytime I needed the reassurance! I love my midwife so much!
