    @fatted_calf I walk Chuck every morning and I am starting to get winded quickly too.  We don't walk fast either.
    I start every two weeks around Thanksgiving.  I love constantly being reminded of how "old" I am ;p
    I start every 2 weeks at 28 ( Nov 30) ....but I didn't think that was due to AMA? maybe.....

    Probably so @Chawk17.  I think most of us are going to biweekly soon.  I start after my appt on 11/16.
