It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*

-early miscarriage/CP confirmed via blood work 4+2 August 2016
- ectopic pregnancy confirmed via ultrasound and blood work between 5-6 weeks September 2016 (Thursday will be our 1 year anniversary of our ER visit and I'm dreading waking up that day).
3. How are you feeling today? Struggles? Successes?
A little tired but not too bad. Just trying to rest while at the same time finishing some chores.
Struggles- at my appointment yesterday I was told that I was progressing and at 2cm dilated and fully effaced. He told me he cannot put an accurate estimate on her birthday as he has had women 100% effaced go into labor that day, some in a couple of days and some in a couple of weeks. He did say with my history with DD and how long I was at 1cm and went to 1.5cm and 50% he thinks it will be in the next week or two. I knew his estimate was between 35-37 but I still wasn't mentally prepared to hear that.
Success- I had a growth ultrasound yesterday afternoon because last week I lost weight and was measuring behind. Well a majority of her measurements are measuring two weeks ahead with the exception of two measuring right on track. The tech is also calculating she currently weighs 5 lbs 13oz. When I asked her how accurate they usually are she said they could be off about a pound either way but she said since most of her measurements are on the higher end she thinks it is pretty accurate or even 6lbs already. Hearing how big she was already and knowing everything looks good on the ultrasound made me feel a little better about the strong possibility of me delivering in the next week or two.
4. How is your SO handling everything?
We are both pretty nervous now but he seems to be hiding it better. His main concern right now is how to balance his new job/working from home/helping with a toddler and newborn all at the same time.

3. How are you feeling today? Struggles? Successes?
stressed out a lot more lately. I am still waiting on the referral to the cardiologist to work up my palpitations and heart rate issues. We finally have our growth scan next week. We have had a formal ultrasound in 10 weeks.
I want to ask mt doctor about his position at my appointment Thursday. I'm fairly certain he is transverse and I'd like to discuss flipping him sooner rather than later since he's been like this for a really long time and I'm worried about growth with he doesn't have as much space this way.
My success is i kept up all weekend in Chicago with my brothers. We did two sports games with tons of waking and stairs and I didn't have any BH or problems. Just sore legs
4. How is your SO handling everything?

3. How are you feeling today? Struggles? Successes? Overwhelmed like crazy.
Here was something that happened that I had no idea how to handle. We had a backyard party last weekend, an annual event we co-host with our neighbors. At the buffet, I'm getting food with a bunch of people around and this one woman goes "Wait, weren't you pregnant at this last year too?". I just denied it. Oh yes lady, I have no idea who you are or how you knew I was 6 weeks pregnant exactly a year ago but OBVIOUSLY it didn't go well or else I would not be standing here 8 months pregnant today. I felt dumb denying it - she was like, really? I thought you were? - but what else could I say when all the other people around had no idea.
4. How is your SO handling everything? He's OK, he's doing things to get ready, which is good.
5. GTKY: What somg makes you think of your little one coming? Danny's Song. It came on the radio right when I got my first BFP back in 2010 (which turned into my first MC) and for years it has made me emotional to hear it.
2. Share any part of your history you feel comfortable sharing. 18 cycles TTC, several cycles of treatment.
3. How are you feeling today? Struggles? Successes?
I feel great today!
Struggles: I tend to have a lot of pelvic pressure as baby sits pretty low, and a lot of Braxton Hicks.
Successes: Yesterday I got a gallery wall done in the nursery which makes it look/feel really done. I've also been getting on top of kegels, squats and hypnosis work for birth prep. I feel like I've got my sh** together and am so excited to bring this baby into the world.
4. How is your SO handling everything? Really well! He is reading The Birth Partner and that is getting him more involved with labor prep and more aware of what needs to be done in the coming weeks, which I really appreciate. He's been taking notes and is going to be a great labor support person.
5. GTKY: What song makes you think of your little one coming? What a great question! There are two that come to mind. The first is "Beautiful Boy" by John Lennon (we don't know the sex of our baby, but this song still really gets me). The second is absolutely ridiculous: Call Me Maybe makes me tear up whenever it comes on the radio! It's the line "before you came into my life I missed you so bad." I honestly bawled the first time I heard it while pregnant and still can't hear it without crying. I feel like I've missed this baby so bad my whole life, but especially during the struggles of trying to conceive.
2. Share any part of your history you feel comfortable sharing. cp april 2016 mmc 11/17/2016 no hb at 12 week appt. Baby was 11 wks.
3. How are you feeling today? Struggles? Successes? I have been having a rough time. So uncomfortable and also thinking a lot about being pregnant last year at this time. I had no idea I would be so emotional. I thought getting by the EDD was my big hurdle. Baby is due one year and one day after the date of my d&c. On a positive note baby is moving like crazy and reassuring me everything is ok.
4. How is your SO handling everything? He is the best. He has been super helpful and is enjoying the classes and trying to learn everything he can. Plus picking up on my slack because pregnancy has definitely kicked my butt.
5. GTKY: What somg makes you think of your little one coming? my husband has been playing classical music for the baby which gets the baby to move quite a bit. No particular song but it has been a neat experience for my husband and me and I treasure that time we get to spend together talking about our new family and also enjoying special time just the two of us.

3. How are you feeling today? Struggles? Successes? I'm starting to get nervous over this preterm labor stuff like something might go wrong. I also just found out that his due date is World Prematurity Day. I hope we make it to full term.
4. How is your SO handling everything? He didn't seem to concerned at the hospital.
5. GTKY: What song makes you think of your little one coming?

NYTino24 Sorry to hear you are in pre-term labor. I tried to catch up through posts, but are you back on track to hopefully get to your EDD?

3. How are you feeling today? Struggles? Successes?
Not too bad today. Had a prenatal massage this morning, which was great....other than LO kicking me in the side the entire time.
Lately, my bladder keeps feeling really full...and then I go to pee, and nothing comes out. I also have a lot of pelvic pressure and and occasional tightening/spasms. Dr. said it could be nothing or just braxton hicks. But it feels like someone is punching me in the vag...not a pleasant feeling.
4. How is your SO handling everything?
Pretty good. He needs to do some more reading of the Birth Partner (part of our doula agreement) and finish things in the nursery...so I am trying not to nag him, but wanting him to just get it done.
We did have a conversation about my parents coming out after LO is born. My mother wants to stay for 3 weeks to help me when DH goes back to work (he is only taking 1.5 weeks off). I would like the help, but he made a comment about me and my getting to spend more time with our LO than he gets to. Well...that's going to happen regardless because he doesn't have time off. Ugh, I get his concern, but there isn't really a good solution. He works in education as well and luckily will have 2 weeks off for winter break about 3-4 weeks after she is born.
5. GTKY: What song makes you think of your little one coming?
Hmm....maybe the Rockabye song by Clean Bandit and Sean Paul.

MC in October at 11 weeks. Baby was measuring 7 weeks.
3. How are you feeling today? Struggles? Successes?
Today I feel pretty good. Spent the whole day deep cleaning the house including steam cleaning the carpets. I'm not sure where the energy came from. I've been feeling so lethargic the past few weeks. Sleeping is a struggle. I'm up at least 5-7 times a night to use the bathroom. Turning over and getting out of bed are a huge struggle. The baby doesn't move much which makes me pretty nervous. Sometimes she will only move 2-3 times a day, if that, and it's usually just a quick kick or her just changing positions. I started putting up our Halloween decorations today!
4. How is your SO handling everything?
Calm cool and collective as always.
