Finding a doc

So I'm newly pregnant with my second. 1st baby, I saw a great group in Winston salem. I now live 30 to 45 min away in lexington. Not many choices down here and I know no one who has recommendations for this area...
Take a chance with an unknown but closer grp, 15 min drive...or stick with the ones I know and like but 45 min away???

My OB is about 45 minutes away. I stick with them because I love them, it's in my husbands jurisdiction so he can come to appointments, and it's close to the hospital I want to deliver at.

Thanks! I think I'm leaning toward sticking w/old OB. It's scary just rolling the dice and hoping you like the new one and the new hospital. It's hard to know what to do when you have no one to ask for advice. I really don't know anyone that's delivered in Lexington at all.
