Issues with adoption agency

Hey just wondering if anyone has had issues with sw not answering their emails? I'm not sure how to deal with this issue. The other thing that I find very frustrating is the misinformation that we have been getting from the agency. It sucks because I can't even change agency because we will lose the time and money we have invested so far. Very frustrated!

I know you posted this a couple weeks ago and I hope this has worked itself out but is there someone above your SW that you could talk to? Like maybe their supervisor and let them know that they are not responding to your emails and see what they can do?

I haven't worked with a SW before so I am not sure if that's even possible but that's all I can think of - other than going to a different agency which you said you can't or don't want to do.
