I got a small stabbing pain after going over a bump in the road in my lower belly. i'm really scared now. does anyone know anything?:( i'm 29 weeks

If it was a one time thing, I wouldn't worry.  You should be just fine.  

  If it is being continual and you are still having them, then call your doctor office's nurses line.

My doctor has told me that unless it's a recurring thing or has you in pretty extreme pain, it's probably nothing to worry about (although she does encourage me to bring up any issues at every appointment, no matter how minor).  If you're really concerned, call, but it's probably not a big deal.
