Anyone have a paragard (IUD) pregnancy?

I have had my IUD for approx. 18m. I have had VERY regular, VERY heavy, periods the entire time. Fast forward to today. Currently 5 days late. I started haviny cramps Monday the 21st. I know specifically because I texted DH whining about it. I've had some pregnancy symptoms (we have 3 kids so they are familiar). I have taken 3 HPT all negative. OB suggests waiting until next week and if nothing go in for blood work. Obviosly while I'm waiting for that day OR AF I am going a little nuts. 

Sorry to be Lengthy, just wondering if anyone here has had any recent experience with this.
