Awful stomach pain in the evening -- can't decipher if it's gas, indigestion, cramps, or what; but it sure makes trying to eat dinner a challenge. Then all I want to do is curl up on the couch until bedtime.
I have been having crazy dreams since my BFP, but I had the most intense one this weekend. I gave birth to a baby boy (don't know the gender yet lol), I held him for a few min and then they whisked him away for tests. When I woke up no one was in my hospital room! And I tried getting my baby back but no one could help me. I ran around the hospital for hours stressed out trying to find him. And then I woke up sobbing and DH tried to comfort me but it was very upsetting. I am obviously in denial about my stress level
Oh my gosh, I had this EXACT same dream over the weekend! I woke up really upset, too, and sat in my daughter's room watching her sleep for like an hour. My husband found me in there sobbing quietly and was like wtf haha. Interestingly, when I was pregnant with my daughter I only ever had dreams about having a baby girl before I found out about the gender. This time I'm only dreaming about boys, so I'm interested to see if it correlates again.
Thank goodness I'm not crazy lol. But it sucks to have crying dreams, I'm glad DH was there to check on you! When do you find out the gender? it would be cool to see if it works out! I'll know two weeks from tomorrow!
We have a sonogram scheduled in 4 weeks, so I'm hoping baby cooperates and we can see then. Hopefully yours does too! And hopefully we both have better dreams
I already have that "omg I'm going to pee my pants" followed by like 5 drops of urine. So annoying!
@yellow711 I had MS until 36 weeks with DD some people are just super lucky and get to be sick longer
OMG! YES to the pee my pants!! It's so annoying I have one sip of water and feel like I have to pee. But then I go at nothing comes out. It's sooo incredibly annoying. It makes my workouts especially fun because I feel like I have to pee the whole class
Hey my nauseated friends! 16 wks tomorrow and I have it coming back as well. I hate food one minute and want it the next. Last night I had 2 pieces of pizza that tasted amazing, but smelled it about 2 hrs later and almost lost my cookies. So annoying!!! Totally bloated feeling - like I feel like I should be at about 25 wks but look barely pregnant. Low back pain still sticking around although stretching and yoga is helpIng. Low uterus pain... although it's less pain and more just a very annoying sense of stretching. Getting woken up at night from my hips aching (even with my awesome prego pillow) is getting annoying. So I feel you ladies. I am thankful for you all though. Being a FTM this can get very overwhelming and I start to feel like I'm just loosing my mind.
Super sad face, I've started losing a bunch of hair. This happened last time around 16 weeks. I'm 14.4 now and it's been going on about a week. My doctor said it's not super common but not unheard of. DH always told me it didn't look bad but when I went to get it cut the stylist was totally shocked as to why I had bald spots I guess I'll be going back to Nioxin for my shampoo/conditioner.
@mafustos I'm right there with you on the aching hips!! It makes sleeping unbearable!
All my nausea has been gone for a few weeks which is nice. But replaced with stretching and major gasiness. I'm not one to pass gas in front of anyone, including SO, but I warned him that it's probably going to happen before this kid arrives.
Ive been on pelvic rest since Friday. We had a verrrry scary day. I started bleeding a little heavier than I could just brush off as spotting. Rushed to the doctors for an ultrasound and luckily baby is okay with a strong 149 heartbeat still. I ended up having a bleed in the placenta so no strenuous activity. No more scary bleeding since Friday, only brown old blood now. And I go back to the doctor next Thursday so I can't wait to hear the heartbeat again!
@furmompromoted If I never farted in front of H I'd never see him because I'd be in the bathroom all evening. And sleep in there too. I'm sorry for your scare! I'm sure LO will be just fine on Thursday!

@furmompromoted I tried not to pass gas in front of DH (sometimes unsuccessfully).... but that all went way out the window with pregnancy. I used to apologize but meh now he's just gotta deal with it haha.
I finally realized that I have to add insomnia to symptoms, too. 4 nights in a row now. Blaahhhh.

I told my husband since he farts in front of me, what's good for the gander is relief for the goose! Lol
My body decided last night that since I shouldn't sleep on my back anymore that the only comfortable sleeping position would be....on my back. Are you friggin kidding me?

Haha if DH and I were shy about gas we couldn't live in the same house! Omg we are the worst. My kids aren't going to understand it's socially unacceptable in public after living with us.
@SarahFoley725 Ugh the hair is frustrating. I don't lose a lot until PP, but I have all these awful short hairs that are in the middle of growing back from PP hair loss last year and now I'm going to lose them all again once they are finally grown back! Grrr. It's super irritating.

Fortunately, I'm not a very gassy person. And I try not to pass gas in front of SO either. Thank goodness he's not really either. But, my ex and my kids are a different story. It's like a source of family pride for them. I have a feeling my girls will teach this LO some very bad manners!
@furmompromoted lol!!!! I fart in front of my DH all the time... I had a scare like yours at 12 wks. Apparently my placenta is (hopefully was now) close to my cervix so I got put on activity restriction - meaning no sex! I go in in 1/2 for my 16 wk appointment and crossing fingers that they say I can resume activity. I am guessing my your name you are a doggie or kitty cat mom. Which one? I'm a big ole doggo mommy. English mastiff - he is a gentle giant of a cuddler and his name is Georgie.
Okay so this isn't a symptom but it's a pregnancy related question. Has anyone had wisdom teeth removed while pregnant? I did my bottom ones in December under local anesthetia. I'm wondering if I can even do that.
I'm getting occasional cramps (like the side pain that can happen when running, not like period cramps) on the side of my uterus... latest was while driving and it didn't go away for almost an hour. Funny enough, it was right before and U/S and they could see the muscle cramp as a whiter area on the screen as well as some other method that made it colored.
I was told I need to drink more water, but also that my bladder was really full. Seems to contradict that I need more water.. anywho, it was weird to see a cramp. Also, does that fall under RLP? Every time I've seen someone talk about RLP, it's very short lived.

The pains that I have always chocked up to RLP are not short lived. More like what u mention time wise. But more a achy feeling. Almost like I can feel stretching if that makes sense.
@sugarcoateddonut Im with you on the thinking throwing up was gone... its not almost daily like before but its not gone gone either.
Maybe its the food I've been eating, but been feeling bloated and full again. I burp more when lying down so going to bed has been loud and uncomfortable lol.

My dentist wants me to get all 4 removed under general, and says it fine, I'm yet to have my first ob appointment (it's tommorow) I plan on asking what the doctor thinks before doing it, it seems like an unneccisary surgical procedure is something I want to avoid during pregnancy. Although when I asked about it on here a few ladies brought up that it might be easier to do it now than when you have another baby to care for. Which is a very good point. As for the actual drugs they use- they def use different stuff in the US (if that's where you are from) than we use in Australia, I've seen all those funny videos after people have had there wisdom teeth removed and wake up and think they are Nikki miniaj and stuff- our drugs are def not that strong, so Better ask your doctor.
I have had headaches and insane dreams. A lot of dreams about sex. When I climbed in to bed last night, I was a little disappointed DH was already asleep. My last pregnancy was the exact opposite, so I welcome the increase sex drive.
I woke DH up after my most recent dream... he didn't mind and went right back to sleep... now I'm wide awake lol
@magnolia305 I have those crazy dreams too, very often! Haha I'm not sure if this has been mentioned but does anyone get those funny contractions where your stomach goes weirdly hard for a few seconds then it goes away? It feels so weird lol

Those are Braxton hicks, or practice contractions.
@mamaof5already Oh I have heard of Braxton hicks but for some reason I always thought it would happen a lot later on kind of makes it all feel even more real can't wait to feel baby actually kicking!
Headaches! I noticed if I watch my sugar intake it seems to help but Tylenol really doesn't do much for me. I miss being able to take ibuprofen, it works so much better! On the plus side, this week was the first time I've been able to brush my teeth with out gagging. Progress! The fatigue is still hanging around, I fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow but if I wake up at all in the middle of the night it is so hard to fall back asleep. Go figure! Overall I really can't complain.
I've been checking here to see if anyone has been feeling movement as yet? I'm so keen to start feeling it, and am not as yet, but surely other mamas (particularly second+ mamas) are?! If you are indulge me and tell me when you started feeling them!

I felt some movement a day before I hit 16 weeks. It was towards the end of the day when I was laying on the couch watching TV. I don't feel him every day. It felt like flutters, and sometimes I felt a "rolling" type of movement. I thought it was pretty neat!
I started feeling a little movement last week at 15 weeks (STM) but with my first I had an anterior placenta and didn't feel movement until 19 weeks. Just little flicks, nothing consistent yet.

Inconsistent, small movements starting between 15-16 weeks for me (STM). The movements are starting to get a little stronger/more convincing, but still not a daily thing. With my first, it was right around 20 weeks and I never felt flutters -- started with kicks.
