Foremilk/hindmilk

I'm exclusively pumping for my 2 week old twin girls. While I was in the hospital, my milk would separate and I could see the difference b/w my foremilk and hindmilk. Now at home, my milk always seems more watery. I pump for at least 15 minutes (double pumping) and I get anywhere from 6-10oz at every pumping session. Am I not getting any hindmilk? I don't want to feed the babies just foremilk.

As long as your babies are gaining at a rate your doctor is happy with, then I wouldn't worry. In the hospital and the first few days before your milk can in it was probably mostly colostrum, which is much thicker. Your breast milk should change according to your babies' needs, so it might just be what they need right now.
