1) How far along are you? How big is baby? 
26 weeks, the size of a slow loris or a large zucchini. 

2) How are you feeling? 
Great!

3) Do you know baby's sex? Have you started showing? 
Yes, baby girl. Yep!

4) Any appointments this week/last? 
Repeat anatomy scan today. They STILL couldn't see all of her heart or lips, so we have to do a third try in 4 weeks. 

5) Rants/Raves/Questions? They told me to not gain any more weigh, which mean I need to start losing weight to make up for what the baby/baby related stuff will make me gain. Ugh. 

6) Get To Know You (GTKY): If you had $1,000 you HAD to spend on yourself, what would you buy? 
Probably clothing. Or furniture for our family room we have never furnished (the living room is where we spend time/watch tv).

1) How far along are you? How big is baby? -- 26 weeks.  The size of kale.  Kale being the one food that is revolting on sight to me so far this pregnancy.  Also, I noticed my ticker says <100 days to go!  That seems so soon!

2) How are you feeling? -- I was feeling great until my GD diagnosis today, and now I'm having all the sad/disappointed feelings at once.  I'm hoping my hormones let up on this soon so I can attack it rationally, rather than with blubbering and feeling sorry for myself (because that action plan has solved exactly zero problems for me lately).

3) Do you know baby's sex? Have you started showing?  -- Boy! And yes!

4) Any appointments this week/last?  -- This week: 1hr and 3hr glucose tests. Next week: fetal echo on Monday, monthly check in with OB on Tuesday, nutritionist / diabetes counseling on Wed.  All bright and early appointments so that maybe I can still put in full work days afterwards.

5) Rants/Raves/Questions? -- I feel overwhelmed and uncertain right now. It sucks. And it reminds me of the overwhelmed and uncertain feelings I had with infertility.  And that sucks.  And then kiddo kicks, and I'm excited, and I feel excited and hopeful again.  And then I look at the list of things to do before he gets here, and I feel overwhelmed again. Hah.

6) Get To Know You (GTKY): If you had $1,000 you HAD to spend on yourself, what would you buy? -- I'd make a mini vacation happen for me and DH before kiddo arrives.

@kyrwyn I'm sorry about your GD results. Hopefully you can manage it with diet and not need the meds! I had my test today, hopefully I'll know my results Monday.

Been feeling great but sick to my stomach tonight

I'm getting antsy. Like I'm ready for her to be here but I need her to stay put for like 14/15 more weeks. Haha

A mattress! I actually said when I sold my old engagement ring I would spend the money on me. Just sold that sucker last week and it went into savings for this little girl.

@ktcakes87 I have already gained 25lbs. That's all I gained the entire pregnancy with DD.

@kyrwyn I'm sorry about the GD diagnosis. I know that's gotta be rough to process but just know it's not Your fault and unfortunately sometimes it just happens.  I hope it's manageable through diet but if not the medications will help too.

2) How are you feeling?   I've only gotten sick twice this week which is amazing! I was able to enjoy my week off from work with DH & DS which is all I wanted.  

3) Do you know baby's sex? Have you started showing? 
Baby boy, def showing but sometimes I still feel like I just look like I gained weight instead of a bump. Depends on what i wear I guess. 

4) Any appointments this week/last? 
Had my OB checkup last Tuesday. Baby is doing well, very active. Next appt is my glucose test at 27 weeks

Definitely new clothes and shoes.

Hey ladies, I disappeared for a while, been a bit overwhelmed with all the things to do before baby, going out of town, and work has been crazy. But I'm still here

1) How far along are you? How big is baby? 25 weeks, cantaloupe 

2) How are you feeling? Other than the crazy, swollen feet (thanks to the 90+ degree weather) feeling fine

3) Do you know baby's sex? Have you started showing? Yes, boy 

4) Any appointments this week/last? Glucose test on Thursday, SO nervous, especially since my OB said I'm either secreting a hormone for it or not....no way I can do anything about it! Ugh!

6) Get To Know You (GTKY): If you had $1,000 you HAD to spend on yourself, what would you buy? I would hire someone to paint the trim in our house. We redid all of it and it's primed, but not painted....been that way for almost a year now and it's driving me crazy!
