Month Pictures

I was not planning on doing the monthly pictures, but my sister-in-law is pressuring me to do them, so now I have 2 days to figure something out that I can and will commit to for at least the next 12 months.

Are you doing month photos? What props, sets, etc. are you using? What about the actual numbers? Will you do editing on the computer (likes/dislikes, nicknames, etc.)? I have seen some of my friends do some pretty elaborate ones, and they are always really cute, but I don't know that I will be able to commit to that every month. I would love to hear/see your ideas!

Edit: If there is interest, this could also be the thread to post monthly pics, sort of replacing HDBD.

I did more elaborate with DD1 with weight/likes etc but I'm too lazy for that now. BabyPics app it is. She's lucky she's not just in her diaper.

I'm using a free app called pic collage. Doesn't have the cool pictures, but I'm cheap and don't want to pay for an app.

@dancegurl1118: do you have to pay for the app to get the month stickers?

@Cynth0104 no it's free! I used it my whole pregnancy. It has cute ones for all holidays too.

Im doing photos every 3 months but Im doing an actual photo shoot. I thought about doing monthly ones with him but decided since I only did every 3 months with his brothers I would do the same for him. I will take the photos as I did his newborn photos as well.

I use PicCollage and pixlr for editing. Whatever PicCollage can't do pixlr can.

The socks say 1 month. That's as much fancy as I can handle. I hope I remember to use the unicorn every month for size comparison. I probably will forget.

I didn't do anything fancy, but I think it's cute. I have a very similar picture of me next to a giant Teddy bear when I was tiny. It will be fun to see how she grows every month with the bear.

A friend gave us this little crown, with Velcro numbers to change each month. The backdrop is her bed quilt. And she was laying on our guest room floor because it has the best morning light! Poor lady's photoshoot method lol.
